Flat Bread Frenzy!

Welcome to our Flat Bread Frenzy class!  Chef Nico developed this class to help everyone see how easy it is to create a delicious meal at home that can cater to a number of different family members without requiring lengthy time with ingredient changes.

A flatbread is a bread made with flour; water, milk, yogurt, or other liquid; and salt, and then thoroughly rolled into flattened dough. Many flatbreads are unleavened, although some are leavened, such as pizza and pita bread.  Flatbreads are one of the healthiest bread varieties you can get. What makes a flatbread LESS healthy is what you spread on it or fill it with!

In this class, you will be learning to create flatbread from scratch and then making three different flatbread pizzas. The first is a sundried tomato pesto, the second is a white truffle flatbread with caramelized onions/mushrooms and the last is vegetable flatbread with arrabbiata sauce.  Is your mouth watering yet?  Ours are!

**This is a hands-on class.  Each person will have their own station to learn alongside with Chef Nico.  You can eat or take your creation afterwards.  An electronic recipe & instruction card is emailed to you within 72-hours after the conclusion of the class.**
