Mushroom Madness: Creamy Stroganoff

It is suggested that mushrooms are one of the most sustainable sources of protein on the planet. They use much less water, energy and land than almost any other crop.  As a vegan, it is almost imperative that you learn not only how to cook with mushrooms but to learn about all of the varieties, textures and tastes in this fungi family.See the source image

We are going to play around with a few different varieties of mushrooms to create a warm and creamy stroganoff dish that will rival any meat-based dish out there.  To have a bit more fun, Chef Nico will show you some simple techniques for roasting mushrooms and adding a clean and crisp balsamic dressing.Click to go to the recipe website

**This is a hands-on class.  Each person will have their own station to learn alongside with Chef Nico.  You can eat or take your creation afterwards.  An electronic recipe & instruction card is emailed to you within 72-hours after the conclusion of the class.**
