On A Roll: Learning To Make Sushi – Spicy Tuna Hand Roll & Mango Sticky Rice

Sushi class is back and better than ever!

Finless FoodsThis is a very special sushi class as we have a new brand to highlight that is entering the US market.  Finless Foods has created a cell-cultured (CC) tuna that is comparable to raw sushi grade tuna, and features all of the delicious traits of wild-caught tuna but is made from winter melon.  They have given us the product to use for this class.  Chef Nico has been working with it and quite honestly, it has us a bit uneasy because it is so realistic!  You are going to learn how to make an amazing sauce that blends so well with this “tuna” creating a spicy tuna hand roll wrapped with fresh microgreens and veggies that will leave you mind blown for is similarity to the real thing.  Next you will learn how to make mango sticky rice from scratch.  While this may seem like a very simple recipe, it is actually comprised of multiple ingredients and steps to truly create an Visual search query imageauthentic, Thai dessert dish that will leave you disappointed when you get it at a restaurant after tasting this version!

Space is limited for this class, so don’t miss out.  This is sure to be a fun and engaging experience.

**This is a hands-on class.  Each person will have their own station to learn alongside with Chef Nico.  You can eat or take your creation afterwards.  An electronic recipe & instruction card is emailed to you within 72-hours after the conclusion of the class.**
