Taste Of Thailand: Beef & Broccoli & Cocktail Pairing

Escape to the streets of Thailand as we re-create and veganize Southeast Asian flavors.  Take a trip with this hands-on cooking class with Chef Nico where you’ll learn simple, yet flavorful recipes influenced by Thai favorites, and discover how to manipulate classic ingredients, such as fresh vegetables, cilantro and coconut milk, to achieve their full potential and create a flavorful menu inspired by authentic Thai ingredients.

Chef Nico will first teach you how to craft a healthy alternative to chicken using Soy Curls.  Learning to work with these little gems will beVisual search query image a game-changer for you in creating so many other dishes.  Once you get these prepped you will make the savory sauce that will be incorporated with the fresh broccoli.  Served over a bed of fresh steamed rice.  You will not believe how incredible this tastes!  To finish things off, you will learn how to make a custom cocktail Thai Pearl Cocktail | Something New For Dinnerto pair with this meal that will be inspired by the flavors of the dish infused with coconut milk and white rum.

**This is a hands-on class for 21 years or older (or mocktail making if younger).  Each person will have their own station to learn alongside with Chef Nico.  You can eat or take your creation afterwards.  An electronic recipe & instruction card is emailed to you within 72-hours after the conclusion of the class.**
