Vegas Vegan’s DINING AT NIGHT

We are so excited to roll out our newest launch – Downtown Vegas Vegan Dining at Night.
Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday, Vegas Vegan will transform from our casual deli style dining to a downtown, dining experience featuring a limited menu with plated dining service from 5:30P-9:30P. The menu will be seasonally themed to present you with choices that will change every two weeks. As spring is here and summer is approaching, join us while we dim the lights, cover the tables, pull out the porcelain dishes, light up the patio and bring on the music. Specialty cocktails, beer and wine will be available. Below is the menu for 6/9 to 6/18! Sin City’s hottest kitchen is turning up the heat to bring you quality vegan food and an enjoyable dining experience.
Amuse Bouche:Â
- Seasonal Vegetable Pesto Stacks (GF & Soy-Free) – Complimentary stacked watermelon radish and golden beets layered with a basil pesto Genovese and topped with micro greens.
Appetizers:
- French Onion Soup – A savory blend of onions in a handcrafted “beef” broth and topped with in-house made croutons and baked with Miyoko’s mozzarella. $10
- Crab Cakes with Remoulade sauce (GF, Soy-Free & Nut-Free) – Baltimore-inspired crab cakes topped with our in-house made remoulade sauce and green onions. $12
Mains (All entrées include a Caesar salad with in-house made Caesar dressing):
- Filet Oscar (Nut-Free) – A Juicy Marbles “filet mignon” spice-crusted and pan-seared and topped with jumbo lump crab meat (shredded Lion’s Mane mushrooms) served with a side of scalloped potatoes and asparagus with hollandaise sauce. $30
- Seafood Scampi (Soy-Free & Nut-Free) – A combination of shrimp and scallops (King Trumpet mushrooms) sautéed in a garlic lemon butter sauce over a bed of linguine with a side of creamed spinach. $27
- Lobster & Chick’n Étouffée (GF & Nut-Free) – A Louisiana Bayou-inspired classic étouffée create this rich, savory stew seasoned with Creole spices and loaded with vegetables and puréed tomatoes over a bed of fluffy white rice with a side of smothered green beans. $27
Desserts:
- Red Velvet Cheesecake (GF/Soy-Free) – Rich and creamy homemade red velvet flavored cheesecake with a buttery almond flour crust and a dollop of cream cheese frosting. $10
- Bananas Foster (GF/Soy-Free, contains coconut) – A warm rich dessert made from bananas with a buttery brown sugar, cinnamon and rum sauce over vanilla ice cream. $10
