Vegas Vegan’s DINING AT NIGHT

We are so excited to roll out our newest launch – Downtown Vegas Vegan Dining at Night.
Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday, Vegas Vegan will transform from our casual deli style dining to a downtown, dining experience featuring a limited menu with plated dining service from 5:30P-9:30P. The menu will be seasonally themed to present you with choices that will change every two weeks. As spring is here and summer is approaching, join us while we dim the lights, cover the tables, pull out the porcelain dishes, light up the patio and bring on the music. Specialty cocktails, beer and wine will be available. Amuse Bouche:Â
- Raw Pesto with Spiralized Zucchini Pasta (GF, Soy-Free & Nut-Free) – Complimentary spiralized zucchini blended with a homemade pesto and topped with a sundried tomato.
Appetizers:
- Pizza Bianco con Patata (Soy-Free & Nut-Free) – A traditional Italian pizza made without sauce or cheese but rather thin sliced potatoes, rosemary, truffle oil and parmesan. $11
- Classic Italian Minestrone Soup (GF, Soy-Free, & Nut-Free) – Loaded with fresh vegetables and beans to create a warm and savory soup. $9
Mains (All entrées include a tossed salad [romaine, thin sliced tomatoes, red onion, chickpeas, pepperoncini, grated parmesan, black olives] with in-house made creamy Italian dressing):
- Capellini Pomodoro (Soy-Free & Nut-Free) – An angel hair style pasta coated in fresh tomato sauce made from juicy cherry tomatoes, olive oil, garlic and basil. Served with fresh garlic bread and a side of steamed broccoli with a garlic, lemon butter sauce. $25
- Lasagna Bolognese (Soy-Free) – A traditional homemade version of the Italian classic with five layers of pasta, Bolognese sauce and cheese. Served with fresh garlic bread and a side of steamed broccoli with a garlic, lemon butter sauce. $27
- Orzo with Meatballs (GF, Soy-Free & Nut-Free) – Al dente GF orzo pasta alongside sautéed onions, mushrooms, spinach, meatballs and parmesan cheese. Served with fresh garlic bread and a side of steamed broccoli with a garlic, lemon butter sauce. $27
Desserts:
- Almond Cheesecake (GF & Soy-Free) – Rich and creamy homemade almond flavored cheesecake with a buttery almond flour crust. $9
