Chickpeas (also known as garbanzo beans) are an extremely versatile ingredient with mild taste but lots of protein. One serving of Chickpeas achieve half of your daily dietary requirement. Try them roasted, smashed, stewed or any of a number of ways. In this class you will learn the health benefits of chickpeas, but you will also try your skills in making some tried and true favorites of these little beans….maybe a Chickpea Tuna Salad, Chickpea Fritters, or ??? it\’s going to be a Chef Jason surprise!
